Annual plans for your team

Annual plans only. Choose the user band that matches your team. Every plan includes the same complete ERP capabilities and module catalogue; only the number of named user accounts changes. All prices include 16% VAT.

What counts as a user? A user is one named person you authorise to sign in to your company workspace. It is not a customer, patient, member, employee record or transaction count.

Included with every plan

These capabilities are shared across plans. The selected industry and enabled modules determine which workspaces are available to a company.

Sales & customer management

Maintain customer and contact records, track opportunities, prepare quotations, issue invoices and credit notes, and record customer payments using available modules.

Products, suppliers & inventory

Maintain product or service records, supplier details, purchases and stock activity. Inventory workspaces depend on the modules enabled for the business.

Finance & reporting

Use the available expense, finance and reporting workspaces to review company activity. Reports depend on transactions and enabled modules.

HR & payroll

Use the employee and payroll workspaces selected for the company’s industry and configuration.

Users, roles & branches

Invite owners and staff by email, assign role-based access, sign in with a personal PIN, and configure branches. The plan sets the maximum number of named users.

Country-ready tax & compliance

Kenyan VAT, KRA eTIMS, payroll and local business configuration are supported today. The localization framework is designed for additional country-specific functionality as Alex Tech expands worldwide.

Annual subscription

Each plan is billed yearly. A subscription can be bought in the Android app through Google Play, or arranged with the platform administrator. There is no checkout on this website, and using the web app does not require the Android app.

Account closure & data retention

Security logs are deleted after 90 days. Personal profile data is erased 30 days after closure. Financial records are preserved for 7 years, legal holds pause deletion for 6+ years, and former employee records stay as inactive read-only profiles.

Industry configuration

Every plan can use any industry pack. Your selected pack and enabled modules change the available workspaces, not the plan price or capability level.

Annual billing only. Minimum 20 named user accounts. All prices include 16% VAT. For more than 80 named user accounts, each additional named user is KES 5,000 per year, also inclusive of VAT. Security and server logs are purged after 90 days. Personal profiles are permanently erased 30 days after account closure. Financial records are preserved and separated from personal identity for 7 years. Active legal holds pause deletion for 6 years or longer, and former employee records are retained indefinitely as inactive read-only profiles. Module availability depends on the selected industry and enabled company configuration.
